Return & Refund Policy

Please contact us first if there is any issue with your purchase. You may contact our Customer Support at 016-2186618.

Please read the following notes carefully:

1. Return Shipping will be paid by Buyer.

2. No return will be accepted if exceeding 7-day after the date of receiving the parcel.

3. Ban Lee Seng Trading Co. authorisation is must before returning. No refund will be issued if buyer decides to return the items without any authorisation from seller.

4. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customers themselves, there will not be any return & refund.

5. No replacement will be made after the return & refund.  

6. No refund if the returned goods/products is in worse condition. Seller will check the returned goods according to the order details and the photo of damaged/faulty item provided by buyer. The goods should be in the condition exactly as the condition in the photos provided by buyer.

7. We will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.

8. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 1-2 days after the confirmation.
